How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply select the items you wish to buy and add them to your basket. Then follow the instructions to finalise your purchase by entering your delivery and payment details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We generally accept credit/debit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) and online payments via secure platforms. Some other payment methods may also be available, depending on your region.

Can I change or cancel my order after I have placed it?

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but this will depend on the progress of your order.

What are the delivery times?

Do you deliver internationally?

We deliver throughout Europe and recently to Japan, China and the USA. Please check if your country is listed when you complete your order. We plan to increase the number of countries very soon!

Delivery is free for orders over €120. These costs vary depending on where you live and the weight/volume of the order. You can obtain an estimate of delivery costs before finalising your order.

Can I track the shipment of my order online?

Yes, once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us immediately. We will ask you to provide photos of the damaged items to help us process your claim.
