What is your refund policy?Updated a year ago

Once we have received your return parcel at one of our warehouses and checked that the items are in good condition, we will proceed with the refund.

If you have chosen to be refunded using your original payment method, please note that it may take up to 7 working days for the amount to be credited to your account, depending on your bank.

You may return any product purchased from our site within 14 days of the date of purchase for any reason, including change of mind, dissatisfaction or manufacturing defect.

The product must be in its original condition, with all accessories, labels and packaging intact.
