What is return policy?

Our returns and exchanges policy allows you to return or exchange purchased items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with tags intact.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once we have received your return package, we will process your request within 2 working days. You will be informed by e-mail as soon as processing is complete.

Are return postage costs refundable?

Return costs are non-refundable, except in the event of an error on our part or a product defect. In these cases, please contact our customer service department to obtain a pre-paid returns label.
